CNT, short for Conglomerated National Television, is a fictional television network in the HD Universe that began broadcasting in 1974. The name is a play on US TV networks CNN, TNT, and possibly CMT and Cartoon Network. CNT is listed on the BAWSAQ. It is traded as "CNTU" in GTA IV, but has changed to simply "CNT" in GTA V. The headquarters is in the city of Los Santos, at the corner of Clinton Avenue and Elgin Avenue in Vinewood Hills, San Andreas.Programs

To re-iterate and clarify.. With the holdup actor targetting, it currently uses SA-MP's target detection system to detect the actor you are looking at. Unfortunately if an object is between you and the actor it may fail to detect. I could easily code my own simple detection to see if you are aiming in the direction of the actor you are holding up, however it currently works for the majority of the time so is not a priority right now.
